- One analytics cookie, and only with your OK. It only loads after you click "Accept" on the cookie banner.

- The contact form just emails us. Nothing you submit is stored in a database on this site.

What We Collect and Why
Analytics (Google Analytics). If you accept the cookie banner, we collect approximate location (derived from your IP address, typically city-level at best), the pages you view, how you arrived at the site, and your general device/browser type. This tells us how many people visit, which pages are useful, and where visitors are coming from, so we know what's working. It does not identify you personally, and it never loads unless you accept.
The contact form. Whatever you type into the contact form, name, email, phone, and your message, is sent directly to hello@thinkxela.com by email. It isn't stored in a database on this site, and it isn't used for anything other than replying to you.
Cookies
Cookies We Use
Just one, and only after you say yes: Google Analytics cookies, used to understand site traffic. No advertising cookies. No third-party trackers. No cross-site tracking pixels. Nothing follows you around the internet from having visited this site.
Your Choices
Changing Your Mind Later
Click "Cookie Preferences" in the footer of any page to reopen the banner and change your choice at any time. Browser-level "Do Not Track" settings and most ad/tracker blockers will also prevent analytics from loading in the first place.
Want to know exactly what we have on file, or want it deleted? Email hello@thinkxela.com and we'll sort it out directly, no ticket system, no runaround.
